Day 10 - Ted

Breakfast:
• Eggs
• Green Tea

Snack:
• Kefir
• Strawberries

Lunch:
• Left over BBQ Chicken and Carrots

Snack:
• Boiled egg whites
• CarbMaster Yogart

Dinner:
• Turkey Chili (recipe per the book)

Water:
• About 70 oz

Observations: Feeling good.
