Day 9 - Ted

Breakfast:
• Eggs
• Green Tea

Snack:
• Kefir

Lunch:
• Left over turkey and veggie soup

Snack:
• Boiled egg whites
• Carrots

Dinner:
• Grilled BBQ Chicken (recipe per the book)
• Carrots
• Creamed spinich

Water:
• About 70 oz

Observations:
The BBQ chicken turned out well. We had to work on the sauce a little, it started out just tasting like tomato sauce.
